Mr. Guevara, is a multifamily and commercial Loan Broker that focuses primarily on nationwide lending for multifamily properties with 5 or more units. David utilizes his great relationships with correspondent banks and lending institutions to offer his clients specialized loan solutions, tailored to fit their short- and long-term investing objectives. With expertise in Single Family, Multifamily, Commercial, SBA, and Bridge financing, David helps new investors create plans and strategies to maximize their returns and grow a strong and sustainable real estate portfolio.

In his first 10 years as an originator, Derek Dietzen has originated and funded over $1 Billion in loans. He has accomplished this with hard work, honesty, attention to detail and most importantly by focusing on relationships, not just transactions, and striving to develop trust with clients, agents, and lenders alike. Derek prides himself in having a full understanding of each loan transaction as well as the client’s long-term vision so that he can properly advise them and work as a part of their team to achieve their goals. Derek’s reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to execute and close each transaction is how he has grown his business in the first 10 years and the foundation he will continue to operate on going forward.

Riley Laines joined Momenta Capital Group with the intention of providing real estate investors with a reliable and trustworthy source for all their financing requests. Riley started his loan career as analyst, and he has been the lead analyst on over $400 million of brokered loans. As Riley transitioned into an originating role with Momenta, he continues to take an analytical approach believing that having a firm grasp on the numbers is key in every deal.
Riley graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in real estate finance. He is now a resident of Long Beach and is an active member of the community. He is volunteer at RAD Camp, a local non-profit that offers programs and camps for adults and children with developmental disabilities. In his free time, Riley enjoys playing basketball, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
